Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Please note that without a deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed. Hair Preparation: Clients are required to arrive with their hair washed and blow-dried. Should your hair not be blow-dried, an additional fee of $5 will be applied. Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. Ensure that you provide accurate contact information to receive appointment reminders and updates. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In such cases, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include Cash, CashApp, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Client Conduct: We strive to provide a professional and pleasant environment. We request that clients maintain respectful behavior at all times.
